Position DescriptionJob SummaryYou will work as an integral part of our Enterprise Knowledge Management team to author and edit content adhering to ADP's authoring standards while also being an advocate for the client and associate experience. In this role you will meet the information needs of our clients and associates by producing accurate, concise, and usable content, including business processes, how to articles, troubleshooting guides, overviews, online help, and others. You will utilize authoring tools, a component content management system, and work closely with business partners, content developers, IT partners, UX teams, project teams, training teams, and others to ensure high-quality deliverables. Responsibilities Create/edit/manage content for assigned business units across the enterprise.Use knowledge management key metrics to drive improvements in content presentation to associates.Assess and align business content to enterprise content model. Conduct detailed analysis of user content needs, develop requirements, and estimates for deliverables, partnering with product owners and other stakeholders in the process. Apply enterprise content strategy and principles to develop concise, consistent, high value content deliverables. Partner with Subject Matter Experts to obtain information and content validation. Develop content deliverables in the enterprise content management application. Report progress of content deliverables to stakeholders and adhere to timelines. Represent Enterprise KM on a BU project team. Demonstrates domain, tool, and authoring expertise and can provide informal mentoring to colleagues. Demonstrate authoring expertise and provide informal mentoring to colleagues when need arises. Collaborate with content owners to validate knowledge and foster content reuse. Able to support multiple BU partners while working on deliverables. Support enterprise standards and style guide for enterprise KM Act as an expert regarding authoring technology and content development. Contribute to the design and development of usable content for BU partners. Perform other content related duties as assigned.  Reports & Performance Metrics Number of knowledge articles written and published.
