Role purpose and context As a Continuous Improvement Manager within our Group product data function, you will play a vital role in driving digital revenue for the Rubix Group. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices to enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency across the whole product data management landscape. What will you be doing? You will: Identify and analyse areas of improvement within the group product data function and develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Group and Country Category Management, Core Suppliers, and the Core Data Team to ensure alignment and consistency in product data.Work closely with the MDM & PIM application’s and maintain a thorough understanding of the system to ensure optimal performance.Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to measure the success of implemented improvements and adjust as necessary. Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product data management to ensure we are at the forefront of innovation.Lead and manage improvement projects and initiatives and serve as a subject matter expert in product data management. What are we looking for? You: Proven experience in a continuous improvement role, with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements in product data management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with PIM applications and digital product data management.Experience in creating Data models, Reports & Dashboards in Power BI.Familiarity with the world of industrial MRO.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.Familiarity with data quality management and ERP migrations.Strong leadership and project management skills.Strong technical skill set, utilising Data & / Or Analytical languages and tools.
