Ensure all contracts, addendums & other legal documents are set up in NOLS as per the current applicable processes, accurately and in a timely mannerAssures interface between support sales, support business, delivery organizations, process development and the customerAssures that the contracts are handled correctly from a commercial and legal point of viewKeeping the systems up to date from a contract administration stand point and assume responsibility for the quality measures of the data in the systemsTakes ownership in solving the reported mismatchesProvide resolution to all queries coming from internal stakeholders (Commercial, Back office, credit and order delivery teams)Enhance the overall performance of the process by driving standardisation and improvement ideasEnsure all process controls are effectively implemented and all key performance indicators reach the targeted levelFacilitate training sessions within the team in order to maintain business continuityWhy LeasePlan?LeasePlan is a global leader in Car-as-a-Service, with approximately 1.9 million vehicles under management in 29 countries.
