Contract Manager En & Gr- - - - - - - - - - - -KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS :The contract management process is summarized as follows:Account owners define the templates of the contract to be used and the associated process (review, approval, signatory).The sales user generates the appropriated template.Account owner defines if the templates should be modified before sending for review and provides the required modifications. The contract manager will include these modifications into the contract.The contract manager sends the contract to partners as defined by the account owners:- Internal reviewers, legal, taxes, sales… to provide Input during Contract Redlining phase, support CM as needed- External reviewers if required- Internal approvers, sales managers, legal… to approve final contract before sending for signature- Internal signatories- External signatoriesAfter the activation of the contract the contract manager will:1. Activate of the contract and manage amendments if required.2. Manager will follow-up of the execution, termination, or renewal of the contractGeneral description and responsibilitiesThe candidate will be responsible for leading the efforts associated with the Contract Life cycle Management for Sales Contracts.The contract manager willReview, draft, revise contracts and monitor contract performances.Communicate and manage workflow of all contract stages.Prepare metrics on Contract Operations for reporting to management.Will draft and revise a variety of contracts.Will provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation.Maintain excellent working relationships with partners to ensure their needs are met.Create, prepare, review, and edit all contracts.Recommend improvements and innovations to oversight of contract process and ensuring contract accuracy.Qualifications Required skills:Comfortable working as part of a multidimensional team.Exemplify a strong attention to detail.Possesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines.Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills.Capable of professionally managing confidential information.Demonstrate understanding of legal terminology is strongly preferred.Previous experience working with contract regulations the related laws is strongly preferred.Salesforce environment experience would be highly appreciated.
