Job Description Contract Specialist Location: Bucharest, Romania Contract: full time, limited 2-years contract The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have: Manages the overall contract procedure (development, roll-out, training, template management & repository). Provides extended support/coordination in contract management process across the different company’s functions as per Contracting Procedure and related Guidelines, in collaboration with contract/business owners. Reviews the draft contracts along with the Legal Counsel, based on instructions from Legal Counsel, and liaise with the Contract Owners and all the relevant functions that should review the contracts. Is the Single Point of Contact for Contract development with all internal compliance functions (HCC, PV, Quality, Privacy, Legal, IT etc.). Owns the contract management processes, suggests useful improvements, and adapt to change, resulting in contract management process simplification, agility and enhancement. Participates to HCC Committee Meetings in contract management related topics and engage in clear, open, and constructive communication with HCC Committee members. Works along the business/contract owners and Legal Counsel for the annual planning of contract needs. Holds regular trainings on overall contract procedure, including for new people with contract owner responsibilities (onboarding & regularly) QualificationsWe would love to hear from YOU, if you have: University Degree (Bachelor’s) in Management, Finance or Administration; legal diploma is an advantage Preferably a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical or related industry, ideally with an experience in Legal areas, Finance, Compliance, Administration or Regulatory native Romanian speaker, PC literacy & proficiency in English (written & oral), Basic understanding of legislation, especially the pharmaceutical one Strong collaborative skills: ability to work well with other functions and across all levels of the business Effective time management & prioritization skills Strong analytical, communication and decision-making skills for interaction with external and internal customers and partners Good working discipline and planning capability Ability to master complexity This is what awaits YOU at J&J: An opportunity to be part of a global market leader.
