Contract Specialist with French in Bucuresti

Join our team and be part of a dynamic, exciting and engaging business, so we can discover What’s next together!Responsibilities: Review and monitor Master Leasing Agreement and Individual Contract request; Create Master Leasing Agreement and Individual Contract draft; Upload and initiate contract signing; Update the system with a signed contract and send confirmations; Receive contract change requests and update the system with contract changes; Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships; Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency. Requirements: University degree/diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics, etc); English (fluent, verbally and written); French- advanced, verbally and written);1-year experience working in Contracts Management or Customers Support; Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Access) skills; Familiarity with ERP tools; Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization; Why LeasePlan?LeasePlan is a global leader in Car-as-a-Service, with approximately 1.9 million vehicles under management in 29 countries.
