Misiunea postului : Coordonatorul de service, impreuna cu seful de atelier, conduce echipa de service in vederea asigurarii unor servicii de calitate (reparatii, lucrari de mentenanta, punere in functiune) si indeplinirii indicatorilor de performanta. Responsabilitati: Organizeaza si planifica lucrarile de reparatii din zona alocata; Urmareste stadiul reparatiilor sau punerilor in functiune a utilajelor si intocmirea documentelor aferente; Ofera suport tehnic echipei de service a atelierului si participa la instruirea tehnicienilor; Efectueaza controlul de calitate pentru reparatiile efectuate de tehnicieni; Efectueaza lucrari de reparatii la solicitarea sefului de atelier; Asigura echipei resursele necesare: scule, echipamente, documentatii tehnice, consumabile etc; Intocmeste si negociaza oferte de reparatii; Planifica si agrea cu acestia lucrarile de reparatii; Informeaza clientii cu privire la stadiul lucrarilor. Cerinte: Studii tehnice (mecanica, electromecanica, etc.); Experienta in activitati de reparatii, intretinere, mecanica (de preferat in domeniul utilajelor agricole sau de constructii); Cunostinte de mecanica, hidraulica, circuite electrice, diagnoza computerizata; Abilitati de coordonare a unei echipe; Abilitati de organizare, instruire, motivare a personalului; Abilitati de comunicare cu clientii; Cunostinte de operare pe calculator (inclusiv MS Office); Cunoasterea limbii engleze (termeni tehnici); Disponibilitate pentru deplasari frecvente in zona alocata.
