Your day to day: Overall accountability for preparation for monthly Vendor meetings in Voice&Services. Meet regularly with key stakeholders in Voice&Services working with the vendors. Collecting their achievements, issues, improvement areas to be discussed in the Vendor meetings in a prioritized way. Preparation for the Executive Governance Meeting where top management regularly meets with Vendors to review the progress and address the issues. With these activities, you will have a great impact on our business: • Initiate the feasibility assessment for the new commercial/technical demands coming from group/local marketing and mobilise the implementation within Voice & Services. If the same request comes from different markets, make sure there’s an integrated solution definition by ensuring the collaboration and harmonisation across the countries.• Support in the preparation of the Network Evolution Plan, actively working with the colleagues in Voice & Services.• Chairman of the monthly vendor meetings, set-up the agenda working closely with vendors and the key stakeholders in V&S, collect the achievements, issues, project related topics to be addressed and make a prioritization to fit the agenda• Chairman of the monthly vendor meetings, set-up the agenda working closely with vendors and the key stakeholders in V&S, collect the achievements, issues, project related topics to be addressed and make a prioritization to fit the agenda• Initial feasibility assessment for the commercial demands, coordinate the resource allocation aligned with demand & delivery process • Coordination and interface to planning department to collect input information (priorities, group strategy, forecast) and share with Verticals/EDU, cooperate with the Voice &Services colleagues in the preparation of the Network Evolution Plan With these skills, you are a great candidate: • Knowledge of voice core network architectures and service logic execution• Knowledge on IMS for fixed and mobile voice, VoLTE, 5G, network virtualization and containerization, Network as a Platform• Good knowledge of digital transformation and technological trends• Process & Project management skills, project team motivation and leading, team working with strong collaboration skills• Stakeholder management, presentation skills, comfortable working with managers and top management• Decision-making skills with the attitude to balance and resolve conflicts, and ability to influence the main stakeholders • University degree in Engineering • Over 3-5 years’ experience in Technology Sounds like the perfect job?
