About this offer: You will take a Scrum Master role for two international teams (mainly based in London and Warsaw with a couple of guys in New York and Tokyo). The teams work mainly remotely (except the Warsaw office). You will work in the European time zone. You will introduce Agile values to the team, namely by helping the team understand the business perspective, endorsing solving problems together, and making the team focus on the delivery of the most important goals.You will be coaching team members on Agile methodologies.You will facilitate the teams’ meetings. You will help the team solve daily organizational obstacles and improve work efficiency. You will spend most of your time talking with peopleYou will support the product owners in achieving the business goals. About you: experienced in an Agile environment as a Software Engineer, and/or Agile Coach, and/or Scrum Master and/or Product Ownerexperienced as a Software Engineer - eventually, you have to understand all teams’ technical discussionshave excellent communication skills, and a people-oriented work stylehave proficient English language skillsa Computer engineering-related studies graduate Might be beneficial: experience as a Scrum Master.experience with working in an international environment.experience in people management.experience in Python / C++ / GoLang / TypeScript programming language.
