We are inviting applications for the role of Corporate Social Resonsibility /Environement Social and Governance Analyst – Domaine Trainee – English- Remote ROYou should have a good English language level to do the job right. You will work as an individual contributor where you are expected to read, write down the details in emails, process various daily requests and participate in call with the local team. We like stakeholder management skills as well as a keen eye for detail and problem-solving attitude. Responsibilities You will be responsible for all the activities related to transactional procurement, which include: • Guide suppliers to follow their invitation to our Ariba events and make sure they provide all needed information for their account to be created in our database • Vendor status check-up – verify if vendors are correctly created in the system• Database verification – run analysis to spot duplicate vendors, vendors that became inactive/obsolete • Answering internal & external requests related to vendor status • Be focal point and facilitate resolution on CSR/ESG• Manage PowerBI dashboards to ensure visibility on overall activity progress• Use SAP/Ariba tools• Part of VMD teamQualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications • C1 English both written and verbal • Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel • PowerBI knowledge• Previous CSR/ESG experience • Good communication skills Preferred qualifications • Previous experience in a multinational company can be an advantage • Similar experience in positions requiring interaction with stakeholders and processing orders can be an advantage • Similar experience in positions requiring customer/supplier interaction can be an advantage • Work experience with SAP, Ariba systems can be an advantage What we can offer • Attractive salary; • Stable job offers - employment contract • Work in a multicultural and diverse environment with employees from over 30 countries • Genpact supports professional trainings and great career development opportunities • Free access to our award-winning learning platform • Benefits such as Meal Tickets, Medical Services, Insurance, additional vacation days or partner discounts
