Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Corporate Trainer - this is a hybrid role in Bucharest, Romania. Responsibilities: Coordinate with HR, Operations and internal stake holders to plan and schedule training/educational sessions Partner with internal stakeholders for optimal participation in training programs Deliver learning programs to enhance employee effectiveness and ensuring discussion-based learning Recommend and coordinate updates to existing training material for continuous improvement of course content and program delivery techniques Assist instructional designers in creating new training programs with support from subject-matter experts Design and utilize learning activities and tools for training participants to ensure transfer of learning Plan and execute training related projects, such as training process improvements, cost analysis, and measurements of training effectiveness Plan and deliver behavioral trainings for a range of employees – front line leaders and mid managers Manage learning programs and IDPs for various employee cohorts Designing e-learning modules and manage LMS Delivering sessions for new hire batches on Language and Human skills from Customer Experience stand point Good understanding of Customer Journey, NPS and Csat basis Industry standard Doing RCA on NPS/Csat reports Designing and implementing content on human skills & Managing Customers Objections and Complaints Coaching agent’s basis, the observation derived from call/chat/email monitoring’s Requirements Good written and oral communication skills German C1/English C1 Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills Ability to engage, inspire and develop people Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns Proficient in MS Office, content management tools, LMS Keen to take initiatives
