About us: Networks & Services International (NWI) develops, plans, builds and operates the international network infrastructure of the Deutsche Telekom Group and produces Internet carriers and wholesale services for Telekom Global Carriers   As DWDM Cost and Budget Digitalization Expert you will further develop virtual or physical products and services including the evaluation of the business model or the requirements and the integration in technology solutions as well as the technological implementation possibilities. • Coordinating budget planning and utilization • Digitalization of budget planning and utilization • Analyzing requirements taking into account the specific business requirements and implications devising and coordinating the business/process model in the task area • Being involved in solution concepts for the development/improvement of virtual or physical products/services taking into account the specific business requirements • Evaluating the requirements and how they can be integrated into technology solutions, and assessing the technological options for implementation (bridge between business and technology) • Clarifying the prerequisites for the operation and use of current interfaces to stakeholders • Preparing technical design documents (e.g., functional specifications) and costbenefit analyses • Assisting in the processes of technical realization, testing, and acceptance (including the necessary project management requirements and documentation) in collaboration with the relevant units concerned and/or external service providers Managing projects You are characterized by in-depth experience in IT architecture management and in the specification of comprehensive IT solutions in complex IT system landscapes:    Very good knowledge of the principles and tools for cost-benefit analysis Detailed knowledge of the market, technology and competitor environment in the information technology and telecommunications industry Good knowledge of agile development methods and in the management of external service providers Very good analytical and conceptual skills Very good experience as a project manager or sub-project manager in planning, preferably in an agile environment Conception and implementation of process automation Knowledge of automation and digitization solutions Detailed knowledge of the market, technology and competitor environment in the information technology and telecommunications industry Good knowledge of agile development methods and in the management of external service providers
