What you'll do
- Transform requirements into architectural and feature specs
- Develop high-performance, reliable, testable and maintainable code
- Identify internal/outside technologies and when/how to use them
- Grow with the support of your team, and help others on the team grow by providing thoughtful feedback and uplifting those around you
- Work well both independently and collaboratively within a fast paced development team
- Demonstrate features, propose and review technical solutions
What you'll need to succeed
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent knowledge
- Strong skills and development experience with C++
- Very good knowledge of design patterns, data structures and algorithms
- Results-oriented, with ability and interest in learning new technologies and adapting quickly to new requirements and environments
- Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking
Bonus Qualifications
- Strong skills in JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML /CSS, ES6, React or equivalent UI frameworks is a huge plus
- Experience with advanced JS concepts like C++ to JS transpilation and WASM
- Web application development experience
- Experience with graphics programming, especially vector graphics
- Experience with Agile development processes including Scrum
