YOUR ROLE
You will work within the broader Consumer Connection department alongside other network managers who focus on other network audiences we operate as well as specialists in media buying, participant quality management, supporting and rewards.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Acquisition
- Setting up of digital campaigns across multiple channels (Facebook, Google AdWords, among others)
- Daily optimization of campaigns based on performance and according to company's objectives
- Creative optimization and A/B testing - suggest and put in place innovative ideas in order to improve costs and conversions
- Adapting acquisition strategy to upcoming projects and needs
- Working with designer/web dev to create landing pages, banners…
Activation
- Setting up Emailing campaigns: segmentation, html editing, routing
- Monitoring projects health daily and executing activation actions
- Working with project managers to activate the projects according to project/client needs
- Suggesting the best activation strategy regarding the project specifications
- Working with designer/web dev to create new html templates and illustrations
Community experience
- Own and improve the community experience for participants
- Qualification of new members: level, skills, availability etc.
- Tagging users with pro skills
- Adapting the activation pressure to maintain community satisfaction and performance
- Understanding the participation motivations
- Analyze the community feedback
- Analysis and reporting
- Performance analysis and reporting in order to improve the overall performance of the campaigns
- Sharing dashboards on projects health and activation results
- Producing insights on the participation trends and mechanisms
- Identifying and cleaning the database from spams and robots
- Contest implementation
- Preparing creative contests on the platform and assisting teams to run contests
- YOUR PROFILE
- Several previous lined of experience could be beneficial: Digital Marketing, Online community management, Marketing research consultation or implementation, Online access panel management, Creative crowdsourcing
- Highly analytical and strong problem-solving ability
- Good communication skills
- Able to develop an approach for a project. From defining goals to deliverables
- You perform quality reviews of projects to ensure deliverables meet project requirements
- For your projects, you can identify and define changes in scope or objectives and can act upon them accordingly.
- You can write down process changes and procedures
- You have a professional bonding attitude with internal and external clients
