Docker/Kubernetes (regular) English (advanced) UML/BPMN/ArchiMate (advanced) Modeling IT Systems (advanced) Cloud Computing (advanced) Microsoft CRM 365 (master) RESPONSIBILITIES:Design and documentation of changes in software systems from the CRM area according to business requirementsCreation and maintenance of architectural documentation of the CRM domain, including the infrastructure, application and business layerSupporting other departments and projects in matters related to architecture and technologySupervising the consistency of everyday IT activity with a long-term strategyCo-creation and control of the implementation of principles and recommendations concerning the development of architectureCooperation with the developer teams and vendors to bring business value REQUIREMENTS:At least 6 years of experience in the development, implementation and/or architecture of IT systemsExperience with Microsoft CRM 365 systemStrong CRM background and expertise. Good knowledge of full customer relationship process including customer management, marketing automation, agreements, sales plans, customer segmentation, etc.Working knowledge of software and IT infrastructure technologies, including issues such as web applications, databases, system integration, security and cloud solutionsGood understanding of cloud-native architecture including Kubernetes, Docker and microservice architectureAbility to model IT systems and business processes in notations like UML, BPMN or ArchiMateFluency both in spoken and written English OFFER:Language coursesLife insuranceVarious forms of employment
