Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Croatian . Assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshooting, and general information. Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our systems. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Contribute to process improvements to enhance the customer experience. Requirements: Native Croatian speaker with excellent communication skills. B2 level proficiency in English . Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
