CT Front Office Associate in Bucuresti

Your tasks * Create scheduling and shipment planning in Tango or any other internal TMS* Interface with Transportation organization and analysts. Interface with internal and external customers, foreign order administration, freight forwarders, customs officers, and other functional areas to ensure coordination and logistics of shipment.* Prepare rate proposals for customers * Determine most appropriate carriers based on company policy (agreed carriers based on specific routes or customer specifics)* Follow up with customers to resolve inquires * Correct billings and issue debit and credit memos for customers in Tango* Arrange for pick up and movement of freight to gateways * Initiate and maintain customer master profiles in order to have correct information on hand in order to offer consistent service in Tango or any other specific tools* Researching and resolving operational problems * Review all documents, contact all first-time customers, perform credit checks, and handle other tasks as needed. * Resolves ad hoc issues requested by his/her functional manager Requirements * Knowledge and understanding of international logistics operations across multiple modes with completed studies or apprenticeship within the industry;* Minimum 2-3 years experience in a multinational environment (BPO or SSC would be a plus);* Experience in a similar role of minimum 2 years;* Minimum 2 years experienced in TMS (e.g. Tango) or in a similar tool;* Fluent spoken and written English (academic qualification preferred);* University degree (preferably in Transportation domain);* Global and regional Ocean and Air Freight policy knowledge;* Experienced in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and minimal knowledge of SharePoint;* Strong communication and organizational skills;* Ability to work effectively in a customer-driven environment, both individually and as a team player;* Ability to manage high workloads by prioritizing.
