Customer Care Manager in Slatina

Everyone at Prysmian has the potential to make their mark; because whatever you do, wherever you are based, you will be part of a company that is helping transform the worldaround us.We are looking for a Manager Customer Service in our Telecom factory in Slatina.Main responsibilities include:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deliveries of our telecom cables.Lead a team of professional to improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.Develop service procedures, policies and standards.Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions.Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports according to Prysmian and customer's requirements.Qualifications and work experienceBachelor’s degreeInternational exposure, either working for a manufacturing MNC in Romania or working abroadSolid knowledge on customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environmentMinimum 5 years work experience in a similar position, including leading teamsExperience in working with an ERP, SAP preferredOther SkillsEnglish and Romanian language proficiency; German language is a plusAble to engage with staff at all levels of the organization, external and internal customersExceptional verbal and written communication skillsYour application data will be treated according to our Data Protection Policy.
