Your day to day:The role of the Customer Deployment Engineer, UC is to support the build and integration of the VONE-C /NMR solutions to VBPS customers. To assist in the design, configuration, deployment and testing of VONE-C features and functionality.The Customer Deployment Engineer will work directly with Customers, Solution Architects, build engineers (remotely and on site) to deliver produce designs and deliver the solution. With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:Impact on the BusinessResponsible for leading the provisioning of new enterprise customer sites on the platform and new usersCustomers, Suppliers and Third PartiesInteraction with enterprise customersThird parties are Cisco and VOSS teamsManage stakeholders communication including technical architects, customers, project managers, vendorsLeadership and TeamworkTeam player with positive attitude Required to lead troubleshooting sessions to resolve provisioning Required to work with remote teams – technical architects, operations teams o Manage the deliverables for SLA and KPI perspective o Preparing and managing rosters for team to ensure deliverables are met ·Innovation and Change Should be able to challenge status quo and suggest process improvements Propose and implement process changes Communication Strong communications skills, written and verbalWith these skills you are a great candidate:More than 3 years of relevant experience 1 years’ experience in designing and deploying Cisco based UC solutions Practical Knowledge about VOIP signalling protocols i.e. MGCP and SIP, Cisco Unified Communications, NGIN. Experience in design and configuration of UC applications (CUCM, Unity , IM&P) Good understanding of VOIP Signalling Protocols i.e. SIP MGCP etc. Basic understanding of NGIN devices. Experienced in Cisco Unified commincation devices configuratioin, eg. Call managers and Unity Connections etc. Any Cisco Voice certification will be preferred. Working knowledge of Unified communication o Bulk administrative tool eg. VOSS4UC/CUCDM will be preferred. Can analyze MGCP traces and SIP signalling traces Provisioning of MGCP gateways. Understanding of dial plan designSounds like the perfect job?
