JOB DESCRIPTION Job TitleCustomer Order Specialist with FrenchJob DescriptionAs a Customer Order Specialist with French, you will manage and monitor the end-to-end sales order flow, focusing on handling exceptions within your EMEA team.Your role includes:Creating projects in SAP MP1 using the correct sales order/contract typeMonitoring Handshake cases from the DMS tool (order received)Creating chapters/phases in the project based on the split received in the Bob QuoteProcessing invoices for projects according to company procedures, based on customer acceptance documentsProviding the required documentation to auditorsYou're the right fit if you:Have 2 years of experience in a matrix organization, within Order Management role or Supply Chain, Sales Support/Operations, Customer ServicePossess good communication skills and the ability to cooperate with multiple functions to deliver resultsCan prioritize your work and have strong attention to detailAre proficient in both French and English (C1 level )Have working knowledge of SAP or/and SalesforceHow we work together We believe that we are better together than apart.
