Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting for its client a multinational company, a Customer Service.
Requirments:
University degree (Economics or Technical); Minimum 2 years experience in logistics or in related functional area (customer/ supplier relation); Quality and customer oriented; Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word); SAP knowledge; English language skills mandatory.
Main responsabilities: Manage deliveries of finished goods to ensure customer demand is met; Customer orders: create, update, obsolete schedule agreements; Analyze the customer demand variation to avoid missed deliveries / extra stocks / special freights and handle discussions with customer related to demand variation; Monitors, analyzes and solves errors on cumulative quantities; Manage orders, claims for the empty packaging loop in coordination with all involved parties; Analyze the customer demand variation to avoid missed deliveries / extra stocks / special freights and handle discussions with customer related to demand variation; Manage logistics claims; Update all SD related parameters for designated parts (routes, stocks, etc.) according to given targets; Update min/max stock levels according to given targets; Negotiate adjustments with the production planner in regards of demands (quant./date); Negotiate adjustments with the customer in regards of demands (quant./date); Ensure customer demand is correctly reflected in SAP; Ensure customer satisfaction through maintenance of customer orders; Develop and maintain a close and trustful relationship with customer; Maintain the stock of finished goods within the limits agreed by department policy, in direct connection with Production Planner KPI´s: Voice of Customer (external) / Delivery Performance (internal tbd): DIO (thru stock policy on FG)Special freights
