Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries, offering technical support for electronic devices, particularly smartphones. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues, delivering effective and timely solutions. Manage escalated technical issues with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain high service standards and exceed customer expectations. What Were Looking For A passion for technology, especially electronic devices such as smartphones. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and an additional European language.
