Customer Service Representative- Supplies and Accessories Middleton, WI (Remote) Our Customer Service Representative – Supplies and Accessories plays a critical role providing first call resolution to customers, ensuring orders are entered correctly and timely, and supports sales, finance, operations, etc. We are looking for someone that enjoys interacting with others in a fast-paced, problem-solving position. What you’ll get to do in this role: ·Establish collaborative relationships with key staff members in other departments; such as manufacturing and sales to ensure customer order process is flawless·Accurately process, review, and document purchase orders forDomestic and Canada Supplies. This includes obtaining necessary approvals from management, sales, legal, finance and/or General Manager as needed Provide support to assigned sales force personnel, finance, and customers as it relates to billings and adjustments; product return authorizations and credits; complaint reporting and resolution; respond to various internal and external inquiriesTrack shipment and provide proof of deliveries upon requestReview current processes, suggest and implement improvementsAssist team members with procedural and operational questions they may encounter during a non-routine callFollow up with customers directly on all urgent orders to ensure delivery within expected timeframeFollow up on orders that have not shipped, advising customers of new delivery dates if necessary.
