Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business administrationor International Trade;
- Minimum one (1) year progressiveindustry experience in customer service role;
- Attentionto details, perfectionist, proactivity;
- Abilityto work under time pressure and multi-tasking;
- Stronganalytical skills and ability to solve problems;
- ExcellentCustomer sense;
- Goodknowledge and demonstrated practice of international trade: Incoterms, Paymentterms, Transport;
- Cooperative;willingness to interact and work withothers; team player;
- Excellentverbal and written communication skills in French and English. One additional WesternEuropean language would be a plus (German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian…);
- Directand interactive computer skills and electronic business interfaces: outlook,e-mail, Microsoft Office, extranet/intranet.
