Role Overview Join our vibrant Contact Center team, where you'll effortlessly navigate customer requests, from booking inquiries to seamless reservation changes and everything in between, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction at every turn. As a French Speaking Customer Experience Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, providing top-tier support and solutions. You will conduct the following tasks: Communicating with customers through various channels in French and English Responding promptly to customer inquiries Maintaining a positive, empathic and professional attitude towards customers at all times Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, escalating complex issues when necessary. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing empathetic and proactive support. Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and feedback for improving customer service processes to enhance overall satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience. Essential Skills and Qualifications Proficient writing and speaking skills in French (C1 level) are essential, with English proficiency required at a B2 level. Prior experience in an international airline environment/operations is advantageous but not mandatory. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN-PERSON, WITHIN OUR CONTACT CENTER LOCATED IN BUCHAREST, ROMANIA Familiarity with booking systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus. Specialized skills including effective communication and customer service, with experience in BPO/contact centers being beneficial. Graduates in any discipline or undergraduates are welcome. Demonstrated ability to source necessary information from customers with a strong emphasis on issue resolution. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Willingness to work in a contact center environment. (full time Work from Office) Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing effective solutions.
