Everyone at Prysmian Group has the potential to make their mark; because whatever you do, wherever you are based, you will be part of a company that is helping transform the world around us.We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our Telecom Customer Service Team.Main responsabilities are:Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints, respond where applicable or direct to sales representatives or technical/service areas.Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the company’s products and services.Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments.Ensure the customers receive quotations following the defined pricing policies and guidelines.
