Job Description We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a multinational company based in Miercurea Sibiului, for a Customer Success Representative with French - Hybrid position. Job Description Customer Portfolio Management: Take charge of your own customer portfolio, ensuring optimal customer service is always a priority. Handle the entire process from order registration to delivery, ensuring customer demands are met efficiently. Manage and resolve customer complaints, keeping the customer informed throughout the process. Financial Coordination: Collaborate with credit control to monitor and manage the accounts receivable for your customers. Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for all after-sales queries from customers and sales managers. Prepare and send samples to customers, providing updates throughout the process. Take ownership of issues, providing professional and dynamic solutions. Communicate clearly and efficiently with customers and internal divisions, proactively sharing information. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about new developments within the company and effectively communicate these to customers. Requirements Profile Customer-Focused: Passionate about helping customers and finding suitable solutions. Positive attitude towards customers and colleagues; a team player. Communication Skills: Proficient in spoken and written English and French; additional language skills are a plus. Strong communicator with a solution-oriented mindset. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications and have good reporting skills. Eager to learn and expand knowledge of our products. Technical background or an affinity for textiles is advantageous. Additional Assets: Knowledge of textiles. Familiarity with SAP. Experience in a B2B customer service environment.
