Customer support agent in Roman

We're looking for Multilingual speaking: Italian, German, Dutch, French Customer Support professionals to join our client's team in the beautiful Romanial! What you'll do: Home Owner Support : Respond to home owner inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. Provide clear and accurate information regarding their property listings, booking processes, and policies. Account Management: Assist home owners with managing their property listings, updating information, and optimizing their profiles. Ensure all transactions and updates are processed accurately and efficiently. Issue Resolution : Handle home owner complaints and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction. Work diligently to find solutions that meet the needs of both the home owner and the company. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of home owner interactions and transactions. Ensure all data is handled confidentially and securely. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a high level of service is provided at all times. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Feedback Management: Collect and relay home owner feedback to improve service quality.
