Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming to provide first-contact resolution. Accurately document each interaction and maintain detailed records. Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience. Uphold company standards and policies for service quality. Requirements: Native or fluent German speaker with strong communication skills. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is required. Ability to work on-site in Bucharest. Valid residence permit; please note that "SEDERE TEMPORARA" and "Permis Unic" cards are not accepted. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
