Responsibilities
- Respond to queries coming on various written and spoken channels from internal customers across the world
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues, regardless of how they come in
- Proactively monitor and supervise workings of servers, applications and service availability
- Perform remote actions, troubleshooting and tasks
- Maintain a courteous attitude with customers
