We support our customer’s system with the MRO activity, Our activity is based on the MRO, development of the IT to support applications, transformation of existing applications to the cloud, Secure hybrid outsourcing, apply security audits on platforms and plan remediation.TSN is mastering the entire software lifecycle from consulting to managed services, leveraging industrial and cutting-edge platforms for Thales Group and external customers such as Aerospace, Energy, Public Sector.Working as a Customer Support Specialist:Consider the customer requests by treating the calls, mails, tickets while respecting the prioritiesFollow the backlog of opened and assigned ticketsAutonomous on the ticket resolutionFollow up all the actions in the proper toolsParticipate in the development of the action plan on the customer requestsUpdate the Knowledge base and establish work proceduresEnsure and validate the integration of a new customer within support teamWhat we expect from you, to have:Significant experience on Customer Support and HelpdeskKnowledge of how to identify an incident (application software, network), to qualify it and to harvest missing informationHands-on experience with an active directoryProficient with Microsoft ExchangeWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteThings that should describe you:Autonomy and proactiveness on your tasksTeamwork and knowledge sharingSense of responsibilityGood communication skillsLearning mindsetEnglish fluencyAt Thales we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
