Cyber Security Engineer in Bucuresti

Job DescriptionFor an international bank headquartered in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer based in Bucharest.- Monitor, triage, investigate, and respond to security events;- Support IT Security with fine-tuning of existing use cases;- Support IT Security with development of new use cases based on the new attack vectors, threats based on the global threat reports;- Development of playbooks for the new use cases;- Follow threat intelligence resources on the Internet and share inputs to the IT Security/Management as required.Requirements- Experience in Cyber Security Monitoring, Incident Response;- Familiarity with operating systems, network devices, network security devices, EDR/SOAR/SIEM solutions;- 1+ years’ work experience as cyber security experience;- Scripting (Python/Perl/Powershell) knowledge is preferred;- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability;- Strong communication skills on a technical and non-technical level;- Eager to learn and apply new technologies;- Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams across the organization;- Ability to work independently;- Proficient in both verbal and written English.Requirements- Experience in Cyber Security Monitoring, Incident Response; - Familiarity with operating systems, network devices, network security devices, EDR/SOAR/SIEM solutions; - 1+ years’ work experience as cyber security experience; - Scripting (Python/Perl/Powershell) knowledge is preferred; - Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability; - Strong communication skills on a technical and non-technical level; - Eager to learn and apply new technologies; - Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams across the organization; - Ability to work independently; - Proficient in both verbal and written English.
