Cybersecurity Software Engineer in Constanţa

C/C++ (regular) As a Cybersecurity Software Engineer at Aptiv, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security features in embedded software for a range of products, including automotive systems, advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), and connected vehicles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify security risks and vulnerabilities and develop solutions to mitigate these risks. Your Role: Develop software for car multimedia systems, as well as other car systems Develop and maintain secure software development practices and standards, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on cybersecurity-related issues Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies, and integrate this knowledge into Aptiv's cybersecurity practices Your Background: Minimum 5 years of experience as a software engineer Higher education diploma in related field (IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity or related) Very good knowledge of any modern programming language (C/C++/Java/C#) Experience in programming Embedded Systems with limited resources (CPU, RAM, ROM) Experience with RTOS and knowledge of microcontroller architecture Knowledge of cryptography, encryption protocols and algorithms Knowledge of Unix-like OS: Linux, Android or QNX Nice to have: Knowledge of hardware security modules (HSM) and trusted platform modules (TPM) Familiarity with automotive standards: ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 26262Familiarity with Cybersecurity risks knowledge sources: OWASP TOP 10, CVE, CWE If you are passionate about Cybersecurity and have experience in embedded software development, we encourage you to apply for the Cybersecurity Embedded Software Engineer role at Aptiv.
