Job Title: DCE Functional ConsultantRate: £p/dIR35 Status: InsideLocation: RemoteOur client, global Electronics Manufacturing company, are on the lookout for a highly skilled DCE Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team and help drive customer service and omnichannel capabilities to new heights. This role involves taking ownership of the DCE platform and aligning it with the business's strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities:Utilise your expertise in D out-of-the-box functionality to configure and set up the system effectively.Focus on all customer service elements, including inbound inquiries, omnichannel operations, and related processes.Own the roadmap for DCE, aligning it with the business roadmap for the next three years.Collaborate closely with process owners and stakeholders to capture and understand business needs and translate them into technology requirements.Represent the voice of customer service within the organisation, advocating for technology enhancements that improve customer interactions.Coach and train business teams to maximise the value of DCE.Ensure data is accurately captured and navigated within the system.Leverage your experience with contact centre technologies to support our dual system strategy and inbound inquiry management.Stay up-to-date with Dynamics-based technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.Requirements:Strong knowledge of DCE and its out-of-the-box functionalities.Expertise in customer service and omnichannel processes.Experience with SAP and contact centre technologies would be advantageous.Ability to collaborate effectively with business process owners and other stakeholders.Strong communication skills to convey technology-related insights and recommendations to non-technical teams.Proven track record of aligning technology roadmaps with business objectives.Please apply now with an up to date CV for consideration.
