That is why we’re looking for a Data Analyst Team Leader who, in cooperation with the team, the board and the entire organization will support the development of the Data Analyst Team day by day. Your key duties and responsibilities as a Data Analyst Team Leader would be: delegate tasks and set project deadlinesreporting on campaign results and effectivenesspreparing ad-hoc reports and analyses (demographics, basket mining, sequence pattern mining, optimization, segmentations, recommendations, price sensitivity, testing statistical significance of test results)drawing conclusions and building recommendations from your findingsautomating update and the delivery of reportsoversee day-to-day teams operation and performance and do regular performance evaluationmotivating the team to achieve organizational goalsmonitor team performance and report on metrics for the Boardget feedback from team members and resolve any issues or conflictsconducting trainings for new team membersdiscover training needs and provide coaching Job requirements: at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and business fieldgood understanding of technologiesSQL proficiencyknowledge of PowerBIworking knowledge of Google Analytics (Universal or GA4)working knowledge of R (including: dplyr, googlesheets4)in-depth knowledge of performance metricscritical thinker and problem-solving skillsgood time-management skillsstrategic thinker and plannerexcellent communication skills in Polish and Englishtrustworthiness, integrity and proactivityEnglish level: C1 We offer: B2B contractpaid holidaysprivate medical care (LuxMed)option of working from our office in Rynek in Wrocław (Św.
