Data Engineer in Târgu Mureş

Responsibilities Take part in all application development life cycle phase; Develop software systems and participate in logical and physical design of the product by understanding the business requirements; Solve complex technical problems that other team members may encounter; Take part in a broad range of complex technical or professional work activities, in a variety of contexts; Work under general direction within a clear framework of accountability; Be an integral part of a Scrum team, review and enforce the quality of code written within your team; Offer support to junior team members. Qualifications and Experience We are looking to expand our team with open, thoughtful and adaptable colleagues who have experience with the following: Gathering Reporting Requirements (actual requirements and future requirements); Understanding the business processes that drive data into the systems and has the knowledge to act as a subject matter expert; Investigating data sources, understanding and documenting data behavior; Modelling and designing target databases (Data warehouse, Data Marts); Developing ETL programs with scripts, packages, mappings, perform unit testing and assist in system tests; Designing and developing different kind of reports such as analysis reports, ad hoc and standard reports; Performing unit testing and cross-functional testing; Train user and power user to create reports, dashboards based on provided data models. Experience with the following tools: MS Stack (MS SQL Server, SSIS,SSAS, SSRS) or Oracle Stack, Power BI; Tableau suite and/or Pentaho, is a plus.
