We are searching for someone who is actively looking for ways to improve how things work and is interested in understanding the business domain as well.ResponsibilitiesBuilding data manipulation tools to feed the data lake. You will be able to develop, improve and maintain data processing pipelines. List of tools used AWS Aurora MySQL, Hevo, DBT, Snowflake. We use AWS as our cloud infrastructureHelp us develop and maintain data engineering architectureCreating data processing models (DBT)Required Skills/ExperienceExpert and confidence in SQL, including window functions, complex joins, scalar queriesBeing passionate about data engineering and open to learning new tools and techniquesHands on experience with data warehousing and data mart concepts, particularly star schemaA practical can-do mentality, with a sense of ownershipFriendly attitude and good sense of humorNice to have:Experience with DBT and SnowFlakeKnowledge of AWS tools Programming experience, preferably PythonA Few words about our data stack and organization:We use Hevo for data ingestionSnowFlake is our data warehouse of choiceLooker is used for building data visualizationsWe organize our work with Scrum and KanbanWe love sharing knowledge and improving our skills during internal workshops and trainings!What do we offer?With our strong coaching & international culture, we aim to develop world-class leaders.
