Role: Data Science Specialist Full Remote position: 130-180 PLN/h NETOn-Site: up to 400 PLN/h NET ✈️ * *(Possibility to relocate to client's headquarters and work with a split of 70% on-site and 30% remote work. Your analytical models will gauge the efficacy of various solutions, driving transformation in our digital banking division. ️ ResponsibilitiesCollaborating across the organization to identify opportunities to leverage data for business solutions.Evaluating the accuracy and potency of emerging data sources and collection methods.Constructing customized data models and algorithms for applied datasets.Utilizing predictive models to optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and business outcomes.Pioneering an A/B testing framework and evaluating model performance.Orchestrating cross-functional teams for model integration and result monitoring.Developing tools to scrutinize model effectiveness and data precision.Conducting thorough research and analysis to support diverse departments.Implementing and maintaining data mining models.Enhancing data quality and facilitating broader adoption.Providing analytical reports and dashboards to drive business decisions. ⚙️ Qualifications & Experience:Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, or relevant quantitative field with 5+ years of data science experience.Certified Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning professional.Certified in Python / R / SAS Programming Languages.Proficiency in English Technical Knowledge Areas:Profound analytical and computational skills.Expertise in statistical programming languages (R, Python, SQL).Data architecture and manipulation experience.Proficiency in machine learning techniques and statistical concepts.Experience with statistical and data mining techniques..Utilizing web services (Redshift, S3, Spark, etc.).Creating advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics.Analyzing data from external providers (Google Analytics, Adwords, etc.).Distributed data/computing tools (Map/Reduce, Hadoop, etc.).Visualizing data using tools like D3, ggplot, etc. Join us for an expedition into the realm of data science.
