Delivery Manager in Constanţa

We are a cloud certified team of software engineers focused on Cloud-native application development and software engineering. We work in an Agile way and pay a lot of attention to code quality, we do peer code reviews and use pair programming when appropriate. We are looking for a talented Delivery Manager, who wants to embark on this mission with us. Your everyday work will impact both our teams and our clients’ businesses, as you will be the one to drive the change both within and outside of Semantive. What will you be responsible for:Responsible for client satisfaction and delivering the expected business value (with the support of the Sales, Technology Teams and Recruitment)Selecting and implementing processes and tools that will help us keep the schedule for the implementation of the entrusted projectsCooperating with Teach Leads and People Leads and solving emerging problemsIdentifying Client needs and recommend delivery solutionsEnsuring an effective flow of information between team members and the clientManaging stakeholder expectationsBuilding business relationships with clients (clients from different countries)Monitoring and supporting of team workProposing new ways of working and implementing improvements;The skills and competences we are looking for:Business awareness and an ability to understand how technical decisions can impact clients' businessesBeing open-minded and creative in finding business opportunities and improvementsAt least 4 years of work experience in software house environment (IT), and 2 years in a lead role, example: Delivery Lead, Project Management Lead, Delivery ManagerStrong technical background - able to follow high level technical processesGreat skills in building relationships with clients and development teamsProficiency in English and Polish  (both written and spoken) Proactive approach and self-reliance in making business decisionsOutstanding sales and negotiation skills combined with a customer-oriented approachMultitasking and the ability to work with several teams at the same timeFocus on open communication and readiness to work in a flat organizational structureAdvantages of working in SemantiveA path towards expertise in tech (AWS cloud engineering) and leadershipAgile work environmentFlat organizational structureKnowledge-sharing sessionsParticipation in trainings (individual training budget)English lessonsTeam-building meetingsSport and leisure packageMedical packageEmployee referral programFully remote work possible15000 - 20000 net salary on B2B, depending on your skills15 paid holiday days 2 paid training days and a training budgetIf you want to recommend the offer to your friend go to our formJoin us if you want to learn cloud technologies and improve your leadership skills!
