For our team based in Warsaw and remotely, we are looking for a Delivery Manager focusing mainly on project implementation and team management. We are open for candidates with different expertise levels (Strong Mid/Senior), who want to further develop their skills and experience in this role. C1)Ability to define directions of systems development and search for effective solutionsGood self-organisation skillsProactive approach and can-do attitudeHave proven experience and understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies (supported by certifications)Hands on experience with risk and change managementHave strong communication skills and the ability to implement proactive customer serviceKnowledge of issues related to Artificial Intelligence and Big Data is preferable
