Job Description - Ensure all contract, product and supply planning parameters are correctly introduced and maintained in the system - Maintain accurate master data for products and ensures regular update of prices in the system according to commercial policy - Works together with Category Manager for monthly/ weekly forecasts, estimates of sales - Maintain day to day commercial relations with supplier representatives - Releasing orders to external suppliers and follow orders since launch to reception or direct delivery to clients - Manage all internal quote request and purchase orders - Proper order management in coordination with warehouse management (limited storage space) - Maintain relationship with internal and external business partner including suppliers, warehouse responsible, sales directors - Communication to suppliers and problem solving for all qualitative / quantitative inconsistencies appeared at the reception - Responsible for verification and authorization of invoices received from suppliers vs. orders placed (prices, quantities) - Follow-up for compliance with agreed contractual conditions - Prepare, create and analyze reports and statistics as required by category management (cost analysis, quantitative analysis, GM analysis, supplier performance) Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering - Business relevant professional education in Procurement - 2-3 years experience in a similar role - Very good knowledge in data base administration, quantitative data analysis and interpretation (statistical knowledge) - English speaker, business level as a minimum - Experienced in planning & coordinating activities - Detailed oriented and strong analytical skills - Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Requirements - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering - Business relevant professional education in Procurement - 2-3 years experience in a similar role - Very good knowledge in data base administration, quantitative data analysis and interpretation (statistical knowledge) - English speaker, business level as a minimum - Experienced in planning & coordinating activities - Detailed oriented and strong analytical skills - Able to meet deadlines and work well under pressure - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
