Join our Team in Romania!We're seeking a Desktop Systems Specialist to join our team.Your responsibilities will include overseeing the procurement, installation, management, and maintenance of the company's electronic network, along with providing daily application support.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide maintenance and technical support for IT equipment (computers, laptops, computer network, servers, printers, CCTV cameras and recording devices, etcInstallation / reinstallation / configuration / troubleshooting of operating systems as well as company department specific softwareSet up servers and create accounts for internal usersProvides user support in case of malfunctionsPerforms daily operations of checking, correcting and maintaining the interfaces between the company's IT systems: ERP, WMS, HermesProviding support for the internal ERP system and the WMS on incident basisProvides online or on-site support (as needed) to all departments during their working hoursProvides support to users in setting up / connecting / accessing the internetSolves computer and printer problems, directly or through external supportProvides help-desk support to colleagues in the organisationBack up to the network according to a set scheduleParticipate in the development of policies, procedures and resources related to the network.Administers the organization's SQL and SyBase databases as neededSupport the E-Commrce team with technical incidents on web applicationsPreparation of department-specific reportsPerforms any other task requested by superiors within the limits of your competenceQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Level of education: higher education in IT/cybernetics/technical profile.Qualifications/Specialisations (where applicable).You will have experience in software applications (ERP, SQL, WMS and Microsoft Office) also mobile applications and mobile operating systems, Android and iOS.You will have experience in systems installation, servers, routers, printers.Advanced knowledge of:Hardware.Software: Windows/Windows Server/Hyper-V/VMWare operating systems, networking, CCTV and email (cPanel, Microsoft Exchange and Office 365).You must be fluent in English language.
