For more information, visit K2view at http://www.k2view.comIn one sentenceYou will join our core product team in Bucharest as a key contributor to the design and buildout of our K2view’s latest technology platform with the vision to build a superb Cloud Operation running on all major Clouds such as AWS, Azure and GCP. The intention is to enable intelligent automation to support the product CI/CD pipelines, Monitoring, Alerting, Self-Healing optimal cost etc.What will your job look like?You will design, Implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, Monitoring, Alerting, Self-Healing, DR strategies and more on all major clouds with priority to AWSYou will be part of the team designing the architecture for the offering to run on AWS to ensure it has the highest availability, performance, security, and operational efficiency to support multiple customers.You will resolve technical problems and facilitate escalations with the Systems Engineering team.You will be responsible for system improvements including Deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.You will be part of the construction of the technical strategy for Dev Ops initiatives while working closely with Operations, Product, and Software Engineering teams to develop and implement these DevOps solutions.You will provide technical expertise to demonstrate DevOps capabilities and best practices.You will identify gaps and bottlenecks in deployment pipeline and recommend solutions or suitable alternatives in support of a growing DevOps footprint.You will cooperate with another DevOps of the department.All you need is...Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience2 - 3 years’ experience on AWS in architecture, design, development, delivery of distributed applicationsDemonstrated competency with one of the following AWS services: ECS, EC2, EBS, S3, Glacier, RDS, VPC, Route53, ELB, ALB, IAM, CloudFront, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, SQS, SES, Lambda.Required:· Proficient in Python programming language and tech stacks.· Proven experience with SaaS/PaaS application on AWS· Must: Deep understanding of the Linux operating system and networking concepts.· Must: Experience building scalable infrastructure in AWS or Azure.· Must: Experience with one or more AWS SDKs and/or CLI.· Must Expertise in leveraging Automation / DevOps principles, experience with operational tools, and able to apply best practices for infrastructure and software deployment (Terraform / Ansible / Puppet).Advantage:· Experience with system monitoring tools· Full software development lifecycle experience.· Non-Sql database experience is a big plus mainly Cassandra.· Experience with proven ability to efficiently lead process review and manage projects.Why you will love this job:You will have the opportunity to be part of an integration project between a major infrastructure system and the K2view infrastructure platform, driving automation helping teams work smarter and faster.You will be a key member of a DevOps team, a dynamic and highly collaborative team with various possibilities for personal and professional development.You will have the opportunity to expose yourself to the most advanced cloud technologies and tools and grow yourself as top DevOps person in a multinational environment for different global market leaders in their field
