We are looking for experienced, agile expert for the role of DevOps Engineer our Supply Chain DevOps Team in Haleon Poland Hub.As a DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for converting business requirements into innovative products which realize tangible value for the Haleon Supply Chain.You need to be able to understand technical requirements for subsequent delivery in a Big Data platform environment.Successful candidate must demonstrate specialization real time data processing technology & implementation of large-scale machine learning.Also, you will be responsible for developing, constructing, testing, and maintaining frameworks like large-scale data processing systems and databases. The responsibilities of the role include some of the following:Business & Software Problem Solving: Problem Solving Analysis around Big Data & SAP:Business Support Activities & Lifecycle of the applicationsDevelopment and maintenance of Azure platform infrastructure resourcesContinuous improvement of operation processes and procedures, focusing on engineering approach and automation tools developmentBuilding Big Data pipelinesBuilding Data transformation and Reporting pipelines Product Evolution: Support Proof of Concept with new technologyBenchmark new technology with existing landscapePropose evolution to next steps, & implement the new solutionBuilding and maintaining high-performance, fault-tolerant, scalable distributed software systemsSelecting and integrating any Big Data tools and frameworks required to provide requested capabilitiesImplementing / improve ETL processMonitoring performance and advising any necessary infrastructure changesDefining data retention policiesSupport & track any cyber security issues Why you? Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Big Data, MathematicsStrong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development (Lean, Six sigma…).Experience of delivering projects and products in agile wayKnowledge around DevOps activities and experience collaborating and working in a software development environmentUnderstanding of the supply chain activities from supply to demand area including delivery to customersExperience/certification around: Clouds Platforms: AWS, Azure Data Lake, SAP BW/HANA Orchestration: Kubernetes, Mesos, Swarm Containers: Dockers Deployment Automation: Octopus Deploy Configuration management: Puppet Continuous Integration: Bamboo Source Control; GithubExcellent written and verbal communication skills to work across teams and engaging and influencing stakeholdersExperience visualizing/presenting data Including transformation of data via Synapse, SQL, PBI, Tableau…Experience working with and creating data architecturesExperience around business process model and process improvement,Experience around Project (Agile) & support Activities (ITIL)Good knowledge of either JSON, Scala, Spark, Python / C++ etcCyber Security & Testing SkillsKnowledge of various ETL techniques and frameworks, such as Flume Opportunities for growth None of us should ever feel like we are standing still.
