Mission • We are looking for an experienced IT DEV OPS engineer to join our team and lead the management of our applications deployed in the cloud and on prem. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of these applications, implementing IT operations best practices, and providing exceptional service to our customers• Regularly evaluate the IT system in responsibility, in terms of technical, audit and security requirements, work rules and procedures, availability and continuity• Develop, build, test, deploy, run, and update permanently the operating procedures and work instructions for monitoring in case of services damage at the level of the entire business (Enterprise)• Implements active monitoring identifies and tracks relevant performance indicators• Analyze the incidents and problems occurred in the IT Infrastructure, to identify the cause of the errors and find the solution. Resolve the requirements and incidents in accordance with the SLA conditions• Ensure appropriate availability, reliability, and scalability of applications and services• Develop and update operational procedures applicable in case of planned and unplanned switching of the systems under responsibility as well as the intervention in case of needed system recoverability in the event of failure.• Provide support in functionality and acceptance testing during the implementation of application and platforms• Ensure excellent performance of the organization's applications and platforms • Regularly monitor and reconcile the performance of the applications to predefined performance thresholds and take appropriate actions where required• Manage the operation and maintenance of our banking customer acquisition applications deployed in the cloud, including troubleshooting, and resolving any issues that arise• Ensure that our applications are up to date with the latest software versions and security patches• Implement IT operations best practices to ensure the highest level of performance, reliability, and security for our applications• Monitor and manage application performance, availability, and capacity to ensure optimal user experience• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that our applications are developed in accordance with IT operations best practices• Work closely with our cloud service provider to ensure that our applications are deployed and managed efficiently and effectively• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the operation and maintenance of our applications• Provide technical support to customers and internal stakeholders regarding application-related issues.• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure that our applications are running smoothly and efficiently• Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the field of IT operations management Profile • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management, preferably in a banking or financial services environment• Technical knowledge of MSSQL, IIS, WebSphere Portal, WebSphere Application Server, WebSphere MQ, WebSphere Process Server / ESB, JBoss• Experience in using: Linux, UNIX and Windows • Data bases administration: Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL• Scripting skills: Linux OS, Ansible• Groovy scripting • Tools: GIT, Jira, Jenkins • Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift• Knowledge of monitoring solutions: Grafana, Nagios, Dynatrace• 'Hands-on' AWS implementation experience across a broad range of AWS services.• Must have AWS development experience (Containerization - Docker, Amazon EKS, Lambda, EC2, S3, Amazon DocumentDB, PostgreSQL)• Strong knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipeline (GitHub, Terraform)• Experience with core AWS platform architecture, including areas such as: Organizations, Account Design, VPC, Subnet, segmentation strategies. • Backup and Disaster Recovery approach and design• Environment and application automation• Experienced in developing Web Services with Python, JSON• Familiar with Encryption, Logging, and Privacy/Security Protocols (e.g., TLS 1.2, ELK stack)• Good knowledge of REST/SOAP/JSON web service API implementationFormal requirements:• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field• Strong understanding of cloud-based applications and infrastructure, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud• Experience with IT operations best practices such as ITIL, COBIT, or DevOps• Experience with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills• Familiarity with banking customer acquisition applications is preferred• Experience in architecting, designing, migrating, and implementing cloud solutions on AWS platforms• Proven ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of business analysts, developers, data scientists, and subject matter experts.
