Mission Provides support and collaborates with software developers to provide and improve automation services Ensures the transition of the solutions offered from the development environment to the operational environment through a validation, testing and implementation processOperates and ensures a high availability of services, regularly develops automation scripts and constantly seeks to optimize existing working methodsImplements changes and maintenance works on the software solutions used by the client, writes implementation documents and changes to the current configuration / code and implements according to existing proceduresTo deliver technical support for automation applications and systemsTo provide input for planning, assessment, implementation, rollout and implementation for code release phases and change requestsMake use of CI/CD pipelines and source-code control systems for easy deployments and updatesExecute or manage incidents, problems and service requests including implementation of workaroundsRegularly identify improvement/automation opportunities.Working to defined service level agreements and key performance indicatorsAssist in the building of knowledge and skills throughout the team and to work to continuously improve service to customersFor some of the services provided, modify and adapt the software solutions for a better performance and experience offered to the customerRevises the technical and functional specifications of information systems and implements them in the process of modifying or adapting software solutionsPerforms an impact analysis, proposes, develops and implements technical solutions related to the basic functionality of the software, with the final result of solving incidents and advanced technical problems and implicitly improving the customer experienceManaging long term, sustainable relationships with internal and external sourcing partners to ensure SLA compliance and service improvementsSoftware bugfix, configuration, patch, and new feature releasesPlatform Changes such as Application Upgrades and Migrations, Network flows, or New Application DeliveriesOperational documentation and technical knowledgebase Profile Good understanding of DevOps principles and Agile methodologyA minimum of 1 technical experience working with: cloud-based infrastructure on AWS or GCP and CI/CD (Jenkins), version control (Git)Basic understanding of: Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Oracle DB, SOAP/JMS webservice and REST APIsBasic understanding of programming Object Oriented languages (such as Java), scripting with any of the following languages: Bash, Perl, Python, and PL/SQL database queriesGood operational knowledge, able to debug and troubleshoot application issues on Linux serversExperience in a multinational environmentExcellent communication and presentation skills in English (both written and spoken)AWS or GCP Cloud Certifications are a PlusMust have technical / professional qualifications:LPIC1&2 course/certificationProgramming/Scripting experienceDatabase PL/SQL experience
