Your experience in working with or leading agile teams (agile methodology) is highly appreciated. Together with your digital & data analytics team, you will support the business to build digital capabilities, achieve strong results today and develop future growth opportunities.With your skills and experience you will be able to challenge the current Go-to-Market model and opportunity to design a journey into the digital age. You will be key contributor to develop, implement and drive the digital strategy for our company in Romania, in line with regional and global strategies. You can identify yourself with our mission, have a strong sense of ethics and a strong commitment to make an impact.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead the digital marketing transformation journey via creating strategies that support our business growthServe as a change agent within the organization in close partnership with the local Leadership TeamLead the uptake and execution of digital projects to generate exciting engagements, both externally and internallyHave the oversight in the design and evaluation of all digital marketing campaigns that are being implemented through agile methodologyBe the go-to-person for digital strategies for our local, regional and global teamsUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsEvaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.Identify trends and competitive insights to optimize spend and performance while also influence marketing strategyCollaborate with internal teams and management to optimize user experience and communicationQualifications:University degree (masters a minimum) from an accredited university in relevant field5+ years working experience in similar roleSolid experience in leading and coaching teams acting as a source of inspiration and motivationKnowledge and experience of Agile methodology and agile teamsStrong understanding of customer engagement opportunities & strategies in the digital landscape; experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns; modern marketing tools, lead generation and content creationA core drive to innovate and experiment with digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateOutstanding communication and collaborative skillsStrong analytical skills; ability to solve complex problems and drive changeExpertise and certification in Agile methods and/or proven skills as a Scrum Master is an advantage, but training will be provided to the right candidateFluency in EnglishWho we are…We are known as Merck & Co., Inc., Rahway, New Jersey, USA in the United States and Canada and MSD everywhere else.
