You will be regularly monitoring market results for digital KPIs in order to identify strategic focus areas in each lead market and to provide tailored support to them according to each market’s needs, based on quantitative and qualitative data analysis and interpretation.Key responsibilities:Your duties:Individual tracking of the lead markets digital results (mobile application, web platform, e-commerce, digital sales) based on global scorecards and activation plans execution on a monthly basismaking sure digital-to-omnichannel strategy is executed in the relevant lead markets sharing best practices from the other markets, while supporting customization as per needsdocumentation of the market activation plans and Field Relationship Processes (FRP) files and assess gaps, while continuously sharing other markets practicesFind/ support markets to find different / innovative ways to drive digital adoption, providing smart templates/ checklists/ blueprints to follow up on expected actions from multiple markets at the same timeWork in collaboration with other central departments' teams (Global Communication, DigIT, Marketing, Channel etc.) to align on the Representative & Sales Leader digital experience journeys and activation guidelines & suggestionsCollaborate with Digital Analytics to ensure having relevant data & reporting for markets to analyze and evaluate existing qualitative & quantitative data about each lead market in order to define gaps, painpointsGenerate/ outsource the generation of new data using quantitative/ qualitative research methods if needed & initiate actions based on these analysis to improve digital results in lead marketsWe'd love you to have:3+ years of experience in digital growth-related positions (e-commerce, digital marketing/ sales, digital activation)Knowledge and experience in interpretation of quantitative data, analyses, charts and graphs; ability to generate meaningful insights and define actions based on dataSales/ field experience is a plus (Trainer / Sales Support/ Business Analyst)Direct-selling experience is a plusKnowledge of Qualitative/quantitative research methods is a plusHL understanding of project management methodologies and practicesCreative/ innovative / outside-of-the-box thinkingPresentation skills (to large international audiences)Data-driven, decisions/arguments based on dataGreat stakeholder management & communication skills (No direct people management but leads work streams in markets)Fluent written & spoken EnglishWhat we offer: At Avon, we believe beauty is for everyone and that it’s beautiful to be you.
