We’re seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Community Specialist to join our Community Evangelist team as part of our Digital Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and social engagement with Acronis customers and prospects, as well as general community members, in the DACH region. You should be fluent in both written and spoken German and English and be comfortable communicating with community members via writing. This role requires a strong technical familiarity with Acronis products and our technical support process.
This role works alongside one other Community Manager and reports to the Senior Digital Media Manager.
