Your role We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Digital Nomad Community Builder to join our team primarily based between beautiful Sinaia and vibrant Bucharest, Romania.As our first hire focusing on digital nomads, you'll be responsible for building thriving digital nomad communities across the cities and towns where we work with a special focus on creating and leading programs across Romania (Sinaia, Predeal, Bucharest), Spain (Lloret de Mar, Vigo, Salamanca), Portugal (Cascais, Porto) and Athens, Greece. Your Journey •⁠  ⁠Attract digital nomads to Sinaia throughout the year, with a focus on "Sinaia Nomad November 2024” •⁠  ⁠Assist in co-coordinating a digital nomad conference - “Sinaia Nomad Experience” - in early June 2025 •⁠  ⁠Assist establish and coordinate volunteering opportunities for nomads across our major hospitality locations •⁠  ⁠Create and implement community-building events and activities across the areas where we work •⁠  ⁠Lead marketing initiatives to engage and grow digital nomad communities •⁠  ⁠Grow and manage social media and online presence for our emerging digital nomad community •⁠  ⁠Set-up and manage co-working spaces What do you bring to your trip •⁠  ⁠Experience leading groups •⁠  ⁠Experience as a digital nomad or working with nomad communities •⁠  ⁠Strong organizational and event planning skills •⁠  ⁠Excellent communication and networking abilities •⁠  ⁠Advanced proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) •⁠  ⁠Familiarity with social media marketing and online community management •⁠  ⁠Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills Olala Perks •⁠  ⁠Free independent room with private bathroom in one of our co-living spaces •⁠  ⁠Free laundry service at our hotel •⁠  ⁠Complimentary access to gym and spa facilities •⁠  ⁠Opportunity for professional advancement and travel across our locations.
